Terms

The service. LayerSay is a photo editor that runs in your browser. Editing by description, looks, background removal and export are free and need no account. Generative edits (remove an object, new background, extend a photo) need an account and use credits.

Accounts. You sign in with Google or a code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits. One credit pays for one generative edit. New accounts may receive free credits. Purchased credits don’t expire while the service operates, can only be used on LayerSay, have no cash value and can’t be transferred. If a generation fails or the AI declines it, its credit is refunded to your balance automatically. Because results are generated on request, we don’t refund credits for results you don’t like; if something went wrong technically, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Payments. Purchases are processed by our payment provider (Creem), which acts as merchant of record and handles taxes and receipts. Refunds of purchases follow their policy and applicable law.

Your content. Your photos and results are yours. You must have the right to edit the photos you use. Don’t use LayerSay to create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that harasses or impersonates real people, or that infringes others’ rights. The AI provider may refuse such requests.

AI results. Generated pixels can be imperfect or unexpected. Review results before you use them.

Availability. The service is provided “as is”. We may change or pause features (including generative edits) and limit usage to keep the service running.
